4. Triathlon Swimming Made Easy – Best Swimming Book for Triathletes
This book is part of the Total Immersion series and is generally considered the best swimming book for everyone. The swim portion of the triathlon is usually the most difficult leg for most people and this book does a great job of breaking down the basics of form and going through tips and techniques for a more efficient swim.
5. Triathlon Running Foundations – Best Running Book for Triathletes
These foundation books are written by pro triathlete and coach Taren Gesell. Although they are geared towars beginners, many advanced and experience triatheltes find them helpful as well.
